Alex was very nice and polite, and saved me money. He brought it to my attention about the savings I would see on my monthly auto policy if I choose to accept the life insurance, and this I was able to get another discount for my auto policy which saved me money. "I had to call into my local State farm office to make a payment. Alex was extremely helpful and kind! He double checked all the pertinent information just to make sure that I wasn't being overcharged and was very efficient and processing my payment. When I explained that the app was not allowing me to log in he explained the steps that I would follow to correct the situation. Everybody should hope that their customer service calls go as smooth and efficient as mine did!"
